- Appointments are confirmed upon payment and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Reservation deposits and service payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- This reservation is for a Chapter Portrait only. Individual headshots are not included. All participants must arrive together at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment and be ready to begin on time.
